# MLDS User Guide

The Member Licensing and Distribution Service (MLDS) is SNOMED International's online platform for managing SNOMED CT licensing and distributing SNOMED CT release packages. Available at [mlds.ihtsdotools.org](https://mlds.ihtsdotools.org/), MLDS provides a single point of access for individuals and organizations to register their use of SNOMED CT, apply for affiliate licenses, and download SNOMED CT editions and extensions.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for using the MLDS platform.
